Our Process

• 1. Site Survey
  We visit the site and capture the boundary data using Trimble GPS surveying equipment.

• 2. Data Import
  We import the survey data directly into our GIS software.

• 3. OS Map Layering
  We purchase a digital, Land Registry compliant OS map and import it into the GIS software. Both the survey data and the OS map are aligned using Irish Transverse Mercator (ITM) coordinates, allowing them to layer over each other perfectly.

• 4. Precise Plotting
  The boundary is then plotted or altered within the software with a high degree of accuracy.

• 5. Final Delivery
  Completed, professional maps are printed and delivered directly to your solicitor.
